Our clinicians have advanced education degrees in the focus of manual therapy including Certified Manual Orthopedics, Board Certified Clinical Orthopedic Specialists, and Trigger Point Dry Needling. Your treatment program will be tailored to your needs

Joe Welch, PT, DPT

Clinical Director

Joe was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He attended the University of Iowa and received a bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology. After graduation, Joe moved to Colorado and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado. During his DPT education, he completed a clinical rotation with Crafted Physical Therapy and was excited for the opportunity to start as a full-time PT at Crafted after graduation. He is certified in Trigger point dry needling. Joe is passionate about helping all his patients return to the activities that are important to them and promoting an active lifestyle. In his free time, Joe enjoys staying active, getting out into the mountains, and spending time with family and friends

Allison Krumholz, PT, DPT, PCS

Physical Therapist

Allison earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2008 from Regis University in Denver. She completed her undergraduate degree in Health and Exercise Science in 2003 from Colorado State University. She is a Board Certified Pediatric Specialist. She grew up in Colorado and is an avid runner, who enjoys spending her free time outdoors. She is very passionate about physical therapy and strives to educate and improve the quality of life of every patient. Allison enjoys treating patients of all ages, is experienced in manual therapy and pediatrics, and believes in the importance of restoring and promoting a healthy active lifestyle.

Matt Salvador,
PTA, CSCS

Physical Therapist Assistant

Matt is originally from northern Virginia. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise and received his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Pima Medial Institute in Denver. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Matt enjoys snowboarding and playing guitar.

Michael Lantz, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Michael studied exercise physiology at Ohio State and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ohio University. He has a keen interest in returning patients to their full function while alleviating pain and optimizing motion. Michael's experience is mostly in the orthopedic realm with further education on different mobilization techniques and blood flow restriction. In his free time, he enjoys recreating outside via backpacking, cycling, and snowboarding.

Jon Kupiec

PT, DPT Physical Therapist

Jon was born and raised in Fremont, California. He attended California State University, Monterey Bay earning a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology - Exercise Science. Jon moved to Colorado in 2021 where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University. He is passionate about physical therapy and helping patients live a healthy and active lifestyle and return to activities that are important to them. Jon enjoys spending free time getting outside with family and friends, playing and watching soccer, and exploring the Colorado mountains.

Timothy Shea

PTA Physical Therapist Assistant

Tim was born and raised in West Springfield, Massachusetts. He attended Westfield State University for his undergraduate studies where he majored in English Education. While performing his undergraduate studies, Tim began working in running specialty stores helping the running and walking community throughout New England. After nearly a decade working in run specialty, Tim wanted to have a more direct impact on helping his community live healthy lifestyles and return to the activities that are important to them. He earned his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Bay State College in Boston prior to moving out to Colorado. In his free time, Tim enjoys training for and racing marathons, hiking, and spending time with his fiancé and his dog.

Tony Boele

PT, DPT Physical Therapist

Tony was born and raised in Prather, California. He attended American International College (AIC) in Massachusetts receiving a bachelor's degree in health science and later earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from AIC. During his DPT education, Tony completed his final clinical rotation with Crafted Physical Therapy and accepted a full-time position post-graduation with Crafted. Tony is passionate about improving his patient’s quality of life, overall well-being, and returning to activities that are meaningful to them and promoting a healthy lifestyle. In his free time, Tony enjoys getting outdoors, skydiving, trail running, climbing, and any activities that involve good company, friends, or family.

Robert Rawlings, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT

Managing Partner

Rob graduated from University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Alabama at Birmingham. He has an advanced background in soccer through college, is involved establishing youth sports teams, and he still plays from time to time. Rob is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist, certified in Dry Needling, as well as a APTA Certified Clinical Instructor. He has been a clinical instructor for many students as well as helped train and develop therapists into clinical directors. His employment background has been in outpatient orthopedic clinics at the local and regional levels.

In his free time, Rob enjoys spending it with his family, being involved in his sons’ sports, biking, snowboarding, and college football.

Emily Rawlings, PT, DPT, COMT

Physical Therapist, Partner

Emily graduated from Indiana University with her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Belmont University in Nashville TN.  She has an advanced background in gymnastics and cheering through college and was able to work with the Nashville Ballet while in Tennessee.  Emily is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, certified in Dry Needling, as well as an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor.  She has taken several advanced Spinal clinical education courses and has been a clinical instructor for dozens of students over the years.  Her employment background includes outpatient orthopedic clinics, pediatric neurological, and industrial rehabilitation settings.

In her free time, Emily loves spending time with her family, hiking the numerous trails, and is learning her way on the ski slopes.

Tina Plotner

Office Manager

Tina was born and raised in a small mountain town in southern California and received her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She takes pride in helping patients throughout their treatment journey by assisting with all things scheduling and insurance. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, reading, training Muay Thai, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.

Rebecca Stanis

Patient Support Specialist

Becky was born and raised in Kremmling, Colorado. She attended Western State College in Gunnison, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Health Promotion and Wellness. In her free time, Becky enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters and their dog. She enjoys playing volleyball and coaching and cheering on her daughters in their sports and activities

Tiffany Brooks

Billing Manager

Tiffany is a native of Erin TN. She has has over 17 years experience managing healthcare clinics. Her background includes insurance verification, scheduling, billing, and patient services. Tiffany has been married to her husband Brandon for 16 years. They have 4 daughters: Haylie, Peyton, Maddie-Kate, and Blakely. When they are not working, her and her husband enjoy watching their girls travel the country to play basketball, softball, and volleyball. 

Kayla Huber

Support Staff

Kayla is originally from Rockford, IL but grew up in Johnstown, CO. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Kayla has experience from the YMCA training gym patrons how to use exercise equipment and from West Metro Fire Protection District training fire fighters and aspiring college athletes. Her hobbies include playing golf, hiking, skiing, and paddle boarding with her dog.

Makayla Allman

Patient Support Specialist

Makayla is a native of Colorado, having been born and raised in Longmont. She has completed various medical courses through the Career Development Center and Front Range Community College. She takes great satisfaction in applying this knowledge to assist our patients. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family as well as all her cats. Additionally, she is a dedicated and enthusiastic reader!

Nicole Bergquist

Patient Support Specialist

Nicole was born and raised in Loveland, CO. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Grand Canyon University, and is working toward attending a Physical Therapy graduate program in the next year or so. She has a passion for working with kids and neurological patients, but thoroughly enjoys any patient population she gets to work with. In her free time, Nicole enjoys swimming, snowboarding, hiking, spending time in the mountains, and hanging with friends and family.

Ky Richards

Patient Support Specialist

Ky is currently pursuing a degree in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine at Colorado State University. After completing her undergraduate studies, she plans to further her education in Kinesiology. Her passion lies in helping others, and is dedicated to applying her knowledge to make a meaningful impact. Outside of school and work, she loves hiking with her dog, camping, fishing, mountain biking, and spending time with friends and family.
